Our customs are currently open [updated 7-2025].
We have a $100 (USD) minimum on all custom orders.
We will require a 30%-100% deposit on all customs. Deposits are calculated on a case-by-case basis. Deposits must be collected BEFORE work on your design can begin.
Please provide as much detail in your message as possible. If you have drawings, photos, or stones you would like to use, please include them in a separate email to bousabe.designs@gmail.com.
Some customs may require a prototype to be made after initial design is approved by you. We will create the first prototype free of charge and each additional at cost of materials + a service charge. Prototypes can vary from a piece created in wax (if a casted design) to a piece crafted in metal. This process will vary case-by-case.
Failure to pay your invoice in full after thirty days is a default in our agreement. As a result, you are relinquishing rights to the piece and your deposit.
Deposits are non-refundable.
